SAKURA IN SOUTH KOREA

It is Sakura season in South Korea right now! I am fortunate enough to have moved to South Korea just in time to see and view all the beautiful cherry blossoms and flowers on all the trees! In the Bungdang area around the Tancheon river there are Sakura everywhere! I walk down the Tancheon river area every day to get to the buses and AK Plaza and it is the most beautiful walk I have ever experienced.

Kyle and I walked down there together the first day I arrived and it was lovely then but over the past 3 days the blossoms have bloomed much more and everything looks so lush! I absolutely love it!

I have just been exploring around Bundang with one of Kyle’s friends who decided to also come to Korea for a visit and we went to Gangnam for a bit! I went to a chain restaurant know as Paris Baguette which you literally see on almost every street corner in the major city areas! And to be honest I love that place!

I got a small strawberry milk to go with Sakura season and a sweet red bean cream bun as a snack and OMG! It was so delicious!! Why can’t Canada have awesome places like this! And what was even better it that my snack only cost me just under $3!! You would not be able to get something that tasty and filling for $3 in Canada 😛

On our way home from Gangnam we got some more red bean treats from a street vender! 3 for $1! :O Such a good deal! And delicious!

I will start doing themed vlog videos soon on my area now that I am slowly becoming more familiar with places!

I hope you enjoyed this cherry blossom themed post! 🙂
