V Line Surgery with Botox
Hi loves! So I have recently been getting asked a lot on my instagram and in my videos if I have gotten botox on my jawline. And the answer is YES! I have!
I have been waiting for a few month until my botox results were at their full effect before sharing this video and blog post. And now, 3 months after my v line surgery botox in korea, I am here to share my experience and results!
Botox in Korea is very popular and a common alternative to the v line surgery. It is a non-invasive procedure that is safe and extremely effective and reducing and slimming the jaw line area. The procedure generally takes 5 minutes to complete and results can be seen 1 month after getting it done. The amount of botox used in the muscles can be determined on how much muscle you have around the jawline. I personally did not have much muscle mass and only need 3 small injections on each side of my jaw. However some people with more square jawlines may require more botox injected. This is nothing to worry about though.
You can determine how much muscle you have on your jaw line by clenching your teeth while feeling your jaw. If you muscle protrude drastically out when you clench your teeth, creating a very square shape, then botox is someone you can consider getting to reduce this effect.
Botox in Korea – Cost – Where to Go
I went to a hospital recommended by my friend in Apgujeong. At Exit 5 of Apgujeong-rodeo station walk straight down the road for 10 minutes. On your right hand side look for a hospital called Lavian. You will cross 2 streets before arriving near the building. The building has a shot called CafeFootLoose on the first floor, second floor has a logo with wwy with a green sign. And on the top floor is Lavian PS. You can see they location here.
When I got the botox done, they were having a 50% off promotion for previous clients and friends. v line surgery botox or jawline botox generally costs around $200 or 200,000 Korean won. However I paid only $100 or 100,000 Korean won because of the promo event.
Results
BEFORE & AFTER
The botox was very painless. If you are someone who is okay with needles then you wont have an issue. It felt like pressure instead of pain. There was very little discomfort. The results for botox can be seen around 1 month after the procedure. Results then last up until 6 months. But duration of results can vary depending on how large your muscles originally were.
I saw my results around 1 month after getting it done. At first, I didn’t really notice a difference until I compared photos from before and after. Even seeing myself before in the video above, I was surprised at how the results really do show quite a bit! I personally am really really happy with the results and I will probably want to continue getting v line botox every year as I feel it makes my face look much more feminine and pleasant on camera.
